HighExpress v4 is a marketplace (online store) of goods from around the world, where you can buy as well as sell your products. Through (Control Panel) you can change your account settings, track your orders and create your own store on - HighExpress v4, and manage other contents of your account, etc.
Correct filling of your profile data will allow you to go through a moderation of your actions more simply. For example, adding a product, or ordering a product, canceling an order, etc.

Highexpress - does not allow users to delete accounts on their own, as important data for other users could be associated with them. For example, orders, unpaid funds of sellers, etc.

In the case of a user submits a deletion request, the moderator has the right to fully check the status of your account at the time of sending the application to delete your account

To send an account deletion request, go to "Account Settings" and in the "Account deletion request" section, enter your password in the form and click the send deletion request button

Purchases & Shopping

To pay for your products at - HighExpress v4, you can use credit cards, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Visa. You can also use the Paypal payment system, or pay for goods from the wallet of your current account.

In order to pay for goods, open the page with a description of a product you want to purchase and click "Buy now". On the checkout page, tick off the goods you want to pay, select the payment method in the sidebar and click the "Pay order" button

Please note that you need to provide your delivery address to place an order. Enter the full delivery address (including zip code and apartment number), personal data, phone number, your email address.

You can cancel an order you placed on the HighExpress v4 Store if it is still pending.

  1. Open your HighExpress v4 order history - My orders
  2. Search your list of orders and find the one you want to cancel.
  3. Check the order status to make sure it's Pending.
  4. Select Order Details.
  5. If you don't see "Cancel order" button, that means your order has been prepared for shipment or sent and can't be canceled

Estimated delivery times for each product are indicated on the order details card and depend on the transport company with which the seller works.

On average, orders come from 7 to 40 days. Sometimes orders may be delayed, usually this occurs on holidays and pre-holiday days, that is, on peak days of logistics companies, in which case the delivery time may increase to 90 days.

When you buy goods in a store using a credit card, the bank immediately blocks the amount of the purchase in your account and sends an SMS notification about debiting, however, in fact, the money is transferred to the seller in a few hours or even days.

Therefore, the reverse process of returning money to the client also takes some time.
